• How can I change the language?

• Why do I get no search results?

  Unfortunately, Amazon limits the number of calls per hour. Please try it again at the beginning of the next hour.

• Why are products above the maximal price shown?

  The results provided by Amazon are not always accurate.

• How do I add found products to the Wootch list?

  Press in the corresponding product or select all desired products and use the context menu (right mouse click) or press .

• How can I set my desired price?

  Input your desired price in the box of the product on your Wootch list. The price will be automatically integrated.

• How can I set notification options?

  You have the possibility to activate for each product in the Wootch list the Marketplace (), the search for used products (), the notification on any price change () and on any availability change ().

• When does Wootch check the prices?

  You can choose in the menu "Settings" -> "Checking" between five options: "Always" tells Wootch to check every 10 seconds / 1 minute / 10 minutes the price of one product on the Wootch list if the application window is minimized. "Once and then close" tells Wootch to perform a full check of all products at startup and to close automatically after 10 minutes if there is no change notification. The option "Manual checking" deactivates automatic price checking.

• How can I check all prices manually?

• How can I setup email notification?

  Register your email address in the menu "Email" -> "Register". Activate the notification service by the input of the activation code that you obtained by email. Check whether the email notification is turned on in the menu "Settings" -> "Notification".

• Why does Amazon show a price different to the price notification of Wootch?

  Either the price changed again already or the price is offered by a merchant in the marketplace. Please check all offers on the product page.

• How do I setup the backup of my Wootch list?

  You find the options in the menu "Wootchlist" -> "Backup". The two last backups will be automatically saved upon program start for safety reasons.

• How can I import or export a product list?

  You find the options in the context menu and the menu "Products". Depending on the file type (.txt,.csv,.xlsx) your products will be exported or imported in a Text-, CSV-, or Excel-file.

• How can I import or export my Wootch list?

  You find the options in the context menu and the menu "Wootchlist". Depending on the file type (.xml,.csv,.xlsx) your products will be exported or imported in an XML-, CSV-, or Excel-file. "Load and Add" means that all existing products are not changed by the import process. "Load and Update" overwrites existing products by imported values.

• How can I group products in the Wootch list?

  Input the group name in the textbox "Group" and press .

• How can I change the view of the Wootch list?

  Press on , , , or .

• How can I view the bestsellers quickly?

  Press on a category symbol in the search pane or select a category from the list. Then switch to the area "Bestsellers" and Wootch will show you the topsellers for this category. You can further improve the results by selecting a subcategory.

• Why is there no price history for products?

  Wootch shows you all values obtained by price checks. Turn on the automatic price checking and wait a few days to see the first price history.

• Why did an old Wootchlist appear after an update?

  Due to a cache error this problem may occur in very rare cases. Therefore we suggest to setup a backup in the menu "Wootchlist" -> "Backup" in order to restore your Wootchlist from the backup files.

• Why did Wootch stop working?

  Please check the firewall settings for Wootch, in particular after an update of Wootch. Some firewalls consider new versions of Wootch as a totally new program and therefore block all internet connections by default. Unfortunately, Amazon limits the number of calls per hour. Please try it again at the beginning of the next hour. If this does not solve the problem, please report the problem by using the feedback formular.

• How can I uninstall Wootch?

  Turn off the autostart setting before using the uninstaller. Otherwise you have to delete the link in the autostart folder manually.
